She could compete in all-around, as roper, run barrels or be a stock horse. She has been trained as a reiner. Handled extensively since she was foaled, she is easy to get around on the ground, in the round pen and under saddle. She is laid back, but can go as fast as you need to. Big stop, supple, short coupled, can get under herself. Deep rich steely colored Grulla with the mask, ear tips, webbing, leg stripes, dun stripe, in short-- dun factors to the max. Tested at UC Davis; homozygous black, if bred to a homozygous black Grulla stallion, you’d have a 75% chance of Grulla offspring, 25% chance black. “Blue” has been used to gather cattle, trained to sort, has worked a flag. She has been to the beach, through water, and over all kinds of obstacles. Trailers, clips, ties, and is extremely sure footed on rough/hilly terrain. Has been to two Richard Winters’ Performance horse clinics and taken camping in Yosemite. Bloodlines include King, Wimpy, Three Bars, and 5 crosses to Poco Bueno. Sound Minded.
